Iku has been the number one realtor in high end condominium sales and a top producer in high-end single-family homes. She has also closed transactions in Lahaina and Wailea, Maui and Waikoloa on the Big Island. 

Being a persuasive and skillful negotiator, she serves her clients with her outstanding ability and creativity to resolve any obstacles that may materialize in a transaction, in order for the Buyer and Seller to reach their goals. 

lku is passionate about real estate. She believes that each transaction is comprised of many small details, such as information related to the property, homeowners associations and the community at large, which are essential for the Buyer and Seller to make judicious decisions. Iku works tirelessly with each client to ensure that details of the transaction are understood. 

Daily, lku starts her exercise program from 5 AM. It energizes her and keeps her healthy and fit. She enjoys taking family !rips to ski, climb mountains and hike. When time permits, she does flower arranging (she is a licensed lkebana flower arranging teacher), painting and calligraphy. Her discipline and energy always bring a positive, solution-minded spirit to each transaction. At the end of the day, lku always rests assured that she has provided her utmost efforts for the benefit and happiness of each client.

She began her career with Mike McCormack Realty more than 26 years ago, and quickly rose to become a successful real estate professional. When McCormack Realty later became affiliated with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in 1995, Iku was a consistent top producer, not only within our company, but also throughout the industry. She earned the distinction of the Hawaii Business Top 100 Agents for 9 consecutive years since this program began in 2006.
